So I am in a dilemma should I as a new wholesale real estate investor start an LLC to hold my properties when flipping the contract or should I go ahead and get my Real Estate license?

Matt, I'd like to know how a single member LLC saves taxes beyond allocating operational expenses which can still be done individually, any twist there?

Seems everyone and their dog is on the wholesale train, after you learn real estate, you'll probably get off that train at the first stop. Get a license, it's the education you need and holding the ticket gets other doors open. No, you don't need a license to invest, but your plan really isn't "investing" it's operating and having a license takes you out of the black market type of dealing  into the light of day. While you don't need a license, you do need the knowledge the process gives you. Good luck :)
