Since a management company is involved, notice should also be delivered to the company’s principal place of business.Since Tenant is a month to month, notice of intent to terminate must be given at least 15 days prior to the last day if the monthly term (See FS 83.57).Please remember that FL statutes do not contain any provisions requiring the LL to maintain the air conditioner (See FS 83.51), however this may be covered by local or county ordinances.
