Purchase price: $400,000

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Fort Carson, Peterson, and Shopping. This home boasts five bedrooms and two living areas in a layout that makes it easy to move around the house. The large backyard, with a play set, is perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying the beautiful colorado nights.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Having a place to live while in Military with the intent of renting it out and using it as a future investment property.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Hard to negotiate as it was in a Seller’s market.
