With Xfinity service as long as you pay for one cable box (has to be connected to coax but not TV) then you can stream Xfinity Live TV through all your Roku TVs.

I prefer corner lots if possible, decent (clean/up kept) street, or connecting/across the street from a business/commercial lot.
