Newbie in Cincinnati/NKY Looking to Learn

I'm a property tax professional (reducing taxes for commercial property owners) living in Northern Kentucky. I've worked with real estate owners my whole career, but never invested in property myself. I'm interested to learn whether this is viable for my wife and I to pursue. We're primarily interested in vacation rentals, but are always willing to listen to other ideas.
