Getting started: Tax Lien

Jonathan Hawkins
Posted

Hello everyone,

I am new to this site and real estate investing in general. I first got introduced to Tax Lien/Deed investing about 2 years ago, I've bought a couple books to further my knowledge and while they have been very insightful, I feel like I'm stuck at this one spot; getting started, or making that first investment. Now I haven't studied for the entire 2 years, life tends to catch up and I get pulled away for bits of time, but I always come back to the books and looking up forums and posts from people. AwesomeREI was the first company I signed up with 2 years ago, I checked out Marketplace Pro for a little bit as well, but I wasn't completely ready to start. Now I am at the point where I feel ready to start, I feel like I read the same things over and over again and until I take that first step and commit into investing, I will continue reading the same things and watching the same videos and convince myself I haven't learned enough yet. I've read several posts and forums on this site already from people with years of experience saying that they're still learning new things. I am looking to get started with Tax Liens in Arizona, if there's anyone that has experience investing there or experience in investing with Liens in general from any other state please feel free to connect and send me a message. I'm open to any and all advice out there and would enjoy conversating with people that have experienced success and failures along the way.

Thank you all for your time and interest
