its business. when I was young I had a vending route in 3 of my community colleges in San Jose I had Condoms machines... cost me about 300 per machine and they made about 50 to 75 a month per machine but I had to stock them. 

I live in San Antonio, Tx but do not care where they are located as long as they can get a loan funded in my area.

I am also from San Francisco.  

I prefer Austin, but DFW, Houston, and even San Antonio are really booming.
