My name is Andy and i'm currently try to set up a new rehab/wholesale real estate business in SoCal and would love to meet new people to expand my networking. I lived in the Bay Area for the past 10 years and graduated from SJSU 11', worked at JPMorgan Chase as Relationship Banker for a few years but got tired and sick of working for someone else. If I have to put 200% of my effort, I'd rather invest in myself (high risk/ high return).

I got hooked into this business because it fits with my personalities and the rewards of course. My goals are to be able to make emerge myself in this business as much as I can, increase my network to find the right partners to work with.

I think this is great opportunity to join BiggerPocket, to meet and learn through each others... and to have a bigger pocket ultimately right?

Carpe diem.
