Hi Everyone!

My name is Chris and I feel a bit silly and awkward for writing this intro, but here we go... I live in beautiful Glendora, CA where I bought my 3rd property; which was also my first full renovation.  I have a rental in San Diego, and also bought and sold a home in DC while I lived out there a few years ago.  I work a 9-5 as a gov't consultant, but want to be in real estate full time.  So I obtained my salesperson license earlier this year and work at Cal American Homes.  I've sold 1 home in Rancho Cucamonga, and am about to close escrow for my first buyer next week in Pomona... I've had more than a few bumps along the real estate road, but I absolutely love the industry.  I am trying my best to transition from my 9-5 to real estate full time.  However, I feel like I'm at a road block.  So here I am, at Bigger Pockets.  I look forward to learning and networking with everyone.

Take care,

Chris
