Cash for keys doesn't make sense if it takes them more that 30-45 days to leave, and is more than $800, as that is what an eviction would cost you in time and resourses.According to CT state law, you have to store their belongings for 30 days, if they dont' pick it up you can consider it abandoned.Cars can be towed if they are abandoned.

I will know more about the actual structure of the property tomorrow when I get it inspected, but from what I have seen, it looks to be in great shape, freshly painted exterior, roof looks new, the two AC units I saw driving by looked relatively new, no cracks in the brick siding.
