Howdy everybody, just signed up to learn more about real estate after getting a recommendation from a fellow hardwood flooring professional located on the east coast.  

As the middle man, I am looking for the most judicial way to go about this with the tenant. 

He's located in the middle of Colorado Springs not downtown.  

I am right outside of Dallas Texas and I have never been east of the Mississippi River.  

For our personal residence, we have identified areas that have good middle and high schools, which include Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Plano, Providence Village, and Wylie.  

Allentown will be more compact, it will be more so middle class type properties mixed with lower end properties. 700 credit score is above average, you should be in good shape.

Property is located 10 miles east of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.

I have a couple inspector referrals from my agent but BP has been great for finding quality people in the business.The property is in Bloomfield, NJ so anyone in Montclair, Newark, Orange, East Orange, Belleville, Glen Ridge, Nutley Clifton, Passaic, Lyndhurst would be great (sorry everyone for the keyword alert blast!).

Prepare for the unknown future in case something bad happens.I live in Dallas County Texas and never have been east of the Mississippi River so I cannot give you geographical recommendations.  

@Henry Tse, I'd say generally to focus on the peripheral sides of Austin - East or South.
