Howdy everybody, just signed up to learn more about real estate after getting a recommendation from a fellow hardwood flooring professional located on the east coast.  I'm looking to start gaining some passive income.  I am self employed doing hardwood flooring (which I love) and I am very active in my trade.  I built my first house when I was 24 (sold it 10 years later) and have bought a couple of chunks of raw land. Currently fixing up a house but not looking to sell it anytime soon as I have 7 children and moving around is a pain.  One of my land properties I sold on owner contract with a option to buy with a 5 year ballon, its nice getting a $500 month check and I don't have to do anything.  I have a 10 acre piece I'm done with but I still owe the bank on it, I would like to sell it and not deal in raw land again. Looking forward to possibly developing working relationships with those located near me.
