Once you find a deal you can start shopping it to the lenders.  

Would be happy to grab some coffee with you, answer any questions, refer you to a lender, etc.  

The benefit to us is that we end up going to that town anyway for Sunday Mass and shopping since it's the largest town in our area.My advice to you as that you try and get other things done while you're there.
