Hi, everyone! I am new to BiggerPockets and new to all of this. I want to get things moving on some properties. Since I am so new at this, I am trying to take in as much information as I can. For my first deal would like to stay in Colorado since I live here. I know the market here in colorado is kinda crazy at the moment, but I am sure there is still deals to be made here.  I am looking at possibly house hacking here. I currently work in Denver and would like to find an area around Denver to house hack. What are some good areas to look at? I would also need to find an agent to work with, so if anyone has any recommendations for quality agents that they would recommend that would be very helpful.

Any other helpful tips?
