Howard from Hawaii exploring BP and going PRO

Hey everyone! Just signed up to BP a few days ago to check out the forums and what kinds of information, tools, and people makes Bigger Pockets tick. 

I'm born and raised in Hawaii with no formal education other than a High School diploma. I am an avid reader and listener of audiobooks from a variety of authors and subjects such as Dave Ramsey, Dr. Robert Cialdini, Robert Kiyosaki, Chris Voss, Dr. Brene Brown, and Charles Duhigg. I currently own my own business, and enjoy coaching and playing both soccer and golf.

I just did some browsing in the forums and it seems very promising. A lot of recent activity with a mix of veteran members as well as new/young members, along with in depth content with community support.

I am excited to join a community that seems like a mix of knowledgeable, supportive, and positive people. That is a lot of why I upgraded to PRO. I hope I can add value to BP, especially since BP has already been adding value to me and my journey.

Aloha, @Howard Soon - welcome to the island scene! It's great that you're digging into those books. Reading seems to be a lost hobby these days, but it'll get you places. Feel free to ask questions here - lots of smart people around. I do a lot of buy-fix-sells myself.
