An idea I came up with was to share a worker with a few other local investors, with each of us taking him one day a week to take care of whatever projects we need, and some sort of contingency if you need him more or less.

The idea is to buy under value properties, repair them, rent them and then refinance to pull your invested cash back out.

Selling your ideas, expertise, passion, etc.

This is my issue in feeling like I can't go away.And I suppose theoretically I could map the circuits and outlets for them really well to give a better idea of what's on one circuit for them to do the math.

Starting off the onslaught of new ideas and directions that can come from being in a mastermind can lead people to not focus on one thing or get them overwhelmed.Once you have a foundation under you its time to level up your network and find people with similar but different and preferably more advanced experiences that are there to give as much as receive.Its lonely climbing to the top and lonelier at the top.
