Newbie to BP and RE - interested in Baltimore

Einav Korah
Posted

Hi, My name is Einav, I am a newbie to BP and RE. I looking for my first flip deal in Baltimore and try to narrow my search to relevant zip codes where I can find a good flip deal around ARV $130K - $150K.

Any suggestions which zip codes /areas pursue?

Appreciate your advise :-)

@Einav Korah welcome to BP. You will find a strong network of Baltimore investors here.

Your question is not an easy one. All zip codes have some weak areas and some good areas. That is true even in some neighborhoods and even some streets.

Generally if ou are in a neighborhood where prices are $150+ when renovated you are in a good flip area. Perhaps more important than where is, "How good is the deal you are getting?"
