I used the one in which I sent a slightly over sized post card (printed both sides) to the areas I wanted.

My software has the ability to print customized letters, easily, and I may mention to the prospect that I will send my information in case he changes him mind, but it is better to move on to a better prospect before your fingers get stiff.

@Doug Laroche The main goal is get your mail opened, so my tip would to be bold and build rapport.

You can print PDFs for those that show CoC etc....

@Jason Young    Are you bold enough to go to their door step and ask the people if they want to sell to you instead of letting their home get foreclosed on? 

My other recommendation would be (if you have not already done so) is to print out 20 or so listings that you think might be interesting and get in your car and drive them on a Saturday or Sunday.

If adding these pamphlets and informative docs to this eform lease agreement is all i need to do then that would make things soooo much easier as far as composition goes.The fine print and layout on this Domo lease is off-putting
