Most professional way to present a CoC analysis to an investor client?
Hello,
I'm a realtor that is looking to improve my deal analysis presentation for my investor clients. After running the numbers, what is the most professional way to present this information? Are there any templates? A Word doc? A PDF?
Any and all ideas are welcome, and examples are highly appreciated. I apologize if this has been asked before but I do not use BP frequently and could not find any examples.
Thank you.
