It’s just me and I’m flexible and willing to consider all options (as long as it’s a safe enough neighborhood for a single girl to walk around at night…)- SFR, MFR, MIL, ADU…- NY, NJ…Currently paying $1350/month rent so hoping to minimize that if I can, but mostly focused on cash flow after I move out in 1-2 years.Not planning to buy for another 4-6 months, but would like to start narrowing down neighborhoods.
