Without that, you're just dealing with an illegal squatter that now has to be evicted through the courts, no different than if some bum had broke in and taken up residence without your knowledge and was claiming tenant rights.3.

It’s just me and I’m flexible and willing to consider all options (as long as it’s a safe enough neighborhood for a single girl to walk around at night…)- SFR, MFR, MIL, ADU…- NY, NJ…Currently paying $1350/month rent so hoping to minimize that if I can, but mostly focused on cash flow after I move out in 1-2 years.Not planning to buy for another 4-6 months, but would like to start narrowing down neighborhoods.
