Tenant Help.

Tenant moved in March 2021. Great person. Almost 4x income. Great credit score. Easy to talk with.

Boyfriend moved in month ago. No notice to us, landlords. We asked the about it. Yes, he is coming more than going.  He filled out application to get approval to move in.  He is not approved.  Doesnt meet required credit score. No job. No references were good.

1. How to go about talking to them about it?  Go in with a 5 day notice to comply? or Just talk with them and send an email so we have written documentation?

2. How long would you give for him to move out?

Any helps would be great? Thanks
