Beginner Investor who wants to help heal trauma in the world

Hello All! I'm Andrew, a 28 year old from Baltimore Maryland, just starting out on my real estate journey. I am starting to work with my dad who has a dozen or so rental properties and 2 massive commercial properties that are all fully paid off and are not being leveraged. My goal is to generate wealth to sustain myself and family as well as create a place in the DC/ Baltimore area where people can heal trauma utilizing nature immersion, community , and entheogenic medicines. I have grown up around a lot of wealth and have seen so much misery. I believe each person is here to contribute something to the greater whole and I see trauma as the biggest thing preventing people from living full and healthy lives. I would love to connect with people who are leveraging their real estate to make a difference in the world and who are passionate about nature and trauma healing. I would also be curious to hear anyone's perspective on how to leverage 10M+ in equity to generate more cash flow. Lastly I'll share that I have listened to most of the first 37 BP podcasts and am beyond grateful that this community exists to help people create wealth without the ego that is commonly associated with it.

Considering your father's portfolio, it sounds like he's a great place to start for getting portfolio related advice! With 10M in equity I would start looking at becoming a balance sheet partner for syndications with experienced syndication teams.
