Going any route other then the MLS limits the amount of potential buyers.I imagine you are an agent & surely you should be able to explain this to the seller.However, if this guy doesnt budge and you need a great website to sell your properties without using the MLS you have already found it.The bigger pockets marketplace is where you would be able to sell those homes.

Hi,I am looking for ways to descale whole house plumbing to get better water pressure on tabs throughout the house.A lot of DIY videos I saw talks about pouring about 2 gallons of vinegar in the water heater and leaving them in the pipes overnight before flushing the next morning.

I know material costs and labor costs are regional but the number of man hours it takes to pour a foundation or slab or paint a room should be consistent.

I don't have much experience with investing yet but I imagine one of the main differences with investing out of state is you have to stay on top of people a little bit more and make sure they are doing what they are supposed to do.
