House hacking in Nashville
I am thinking through several scenarios for my first investment. Since I am currently renting, I thought house hacking could be a good idea, but I am not sure that it is likely that I can find a deal in Nashville that cash flows enough so I don't have to pay a portion of the mortgage. Any thoughts on this or other strategies for investing in the Nashville area?
