We are very motivated individuals and even more so as a team.

If you have a lot of time then you can probably acquire, scope, rehab, and flip (or hold) properties with the help of the right team (contractors, etc). 

First I just want to say that the BiggerPockets team did a great job with the podcasts and I really enjoyed listening to every interviewee.

My plan is to manage the property myself (I currently manage a 100 home affordable housing community).How would someone such as myself begin the process of structing a deal such as this, finding the right team to value the asset, negotiate, finding lenders, etc - especially in a city where I know no one - and putting down as little as possible (preferrably no money down - is that even doable)?

I am looking at doing buy and hold becuase there is a stronger market for renting here in Northern Nevada, but I have also ben looking into lease optioning as well.
