Just finished the 100th Podcast!!  First I just want to say that the BiggerPockets team did a great job with the podcasts and I really enjoyed listening to every interviewee.

My goal is to catch up by the end of the year, so I will have 50+ podcasts to listen to in the next 2 months.

My goal going in was just to pick up something from listening and believe that I have grasped a couple business/life changing aspects.  A few things that really impacted me were the following:

I have to read! There is so much knowledge out there that people have lived through and written about.  Reading is an easy way to learn from their experiences.

Systematization is key.  I am an investor as well as a full-time employee and time is precious.  It is necessary for me to run my real estate business smoothly to allow me to have time to focus on work and life. Without good systems in place it would be nearly impossible for me to do what I have been doing.

Pay someone else to complete tasks and focus on growing your business.  This was really hit by Brandon's talks about swinging hammers and doing a lot of the work himself.  While I have not swung many hammers my skill/profession is accounting.  And being an accountant I naturally have taken on the role of bookkeeping which takes a lot of time.  I have just recently outsourced bookkeeping and it has freed a lot of time.

Looking forward to the next 50 podcasts!
