Newbie to RI question:

I am looking to relocate to Salt Lake City (personal reasons - not related to religion - not that it matters).

Anyway, I found a property similar to what I have been looking for.  My plan is to manage the property myself (I currently manage a 100 home affordable housing community).

How would someone such as myself begin the process of structing a deal such as this, finding the right team to value the asset, negotiate, finding lenders, etc - especially in a city where I know no one - and putting down as little as possible (preferrably no money down - is that even doable)? ... However, I would also like to be a part of the process itself.

Thank you for your input.
