I think the issue there is that regional MLS’s have a hard time competing with the loose money literally 100’s of millions being pushed into the space to the likes of Z and Redfin.

Downstairs, the canned light fixtures were removed from the kitchen and dining room and temporary air vents were inserted into the ceiling space with commercial dryers blowing and circulating the air until completely dry.

My firm offers paid internships in the Multifamily space.

However, I am already starting to get educated in the commercial multifamily space because I know this is where I need to get to for my long-term goals to be achieved.

The fundamentals and do’s and don’ts are highly appreciated and that’s the space I’m looking to create.

If it's a group of (one and done) investors that need training to understand the space than not so much.
