Hello BP this is my second post the first one was crazy I do and don’t recommend reading it but I do want this one a little more structured.

This post was created to invite novice and experienced wholesalers to kinda learn from, meet up and drive for dollars and see firsthand how to close deals. I want to know myself and I’m passionate about this and other types of real estate and if you like-minded I wanna meet you!!

I am definitely all for free speech and this post is public but the negative comments can be a real downer so kindly keep that **** to yourself. The fundamentals and do’s and don’ts are highly appreciated and that’s the space I’m looking to create.
