I'm a full-time Realtor here on Maui, from Seattle, and I tell all my clients that my goal is to educate them on our values and provide as much information as I can about the property, neighborhood, historical sales data, current market conditions, etc.  

I could be mistaken though just wondering if there is some type of query running that truncates the data after or before a certain year?

We are just trying to explore the different neighborhoods and get a feel for everything thats going on here in the area.

So one of the last things I'm exploring before starting wholesaling is exit strategies.

I then setup a Google calendar to sync this data to one place to manage reservations and my cleaning calendar.  

Definitely keep everyone up to data the work progresses.
