Anyone investing in Southbridge, MA

If you are, I would like to ask you a few questions... A couple of investors - acquaintances - are moving some $ there as opposed to areas such as Springfield, Worcester, etc.

Wondering what our fellow BP'ers take are on this specific market...

I’ve owned multi family property in Southbridge for 25 years, presently 6 properties with 23 units,  the market is very stable with next to no vacancy and rents are increasing quite steadily.  Southbridge has its problems just like any other mill town but people will always need affordable housing and the Town offers excellent services.
