Looking to buy more with little money down (NJ)
Hello,
I currently own 2 homes here in NJ. I live in one of them and rent the other one. I would like to buy more property but there is that tedious down payment (15% Single Family and 25% Multi Family). Is there any way that the bank can finance 100% of the loan and if so, throw in a bit more to renovate the house? Or what other methods can I use to buy a 3rd home with little money down?
Thank you
Joseph
