We're teaching how to hire, train and succeed with Virtual Assistant teams.

For the rehab side - I could teach a week long, 40 hour class JUST on preparing rehab docs and screening contractors...so the rehab question is a bit loaded.

I have been a teacher and coach my entire adult life and just retired from my teaching job this past June of ‘21 and am financially free!!

I love to learn about new things, and can't wait to see what this group can teach me.

Like Jared said - a big part of the seller financing is teaching the seller about the offer you are presenting to them.
