How to start seller finance?

Hello Biggerpockets,

Currently I'm stuck, I want to scale up and I believe my only option is to use seller financing. My Idea is to use seller fiancing on those who own apartment complexs.

I'm wondering how would you get started?
What are some questions you would ask the person?
