Investment Info:

Office Space commercial investment investment.

Collaborative professional hub with fully equipped training center, open workstations, conference room, meeting lounge and private offices. Scale your business up or down here! Our Business Development Trainings are designed to help you and your team grow. Network and expand with like-minded professionals.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Shift in workspace. Majority of businesses have scaled down their space need along with personnel but still require it to expand and give a 'professional' image to their client base. This lends a 'big punch' with less money out of pocket for business owners. Those within love to refer, network, learn and share.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Bought in 2013 and used as my brokerage office/training center for all area agents, now used to house real estate teams, builder, wholesaler and looking to add bookkeeping, lender, and transaction coordinator. We're teaching how to hire, train and succeed with Virtual Assistant teams.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventionally

How did you add value to the deal?

Collaboration. I'm an experienced entrepreneur of over 25 years who understands the financial needs within business. This model brings a start up 'fertilizer'. If you're looking to scale down it lends itself for that as well.

What was the outcome?

So far so good!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

You must be active in the types of tenants you want within your hub. Learn who they are, what are their passions/goals? How can others help while helping themselves?
