Hi! Newbie based in Montana/ Tennessee
Hi everyone:
My husband and I currently live in Northwest Montana (just outside Glacier National Park), but we are from east Tennessee, just outside the Great Smoky Mountains. We love national parks! I travel back to TN pretty frequently to handle family matters as well as for work.
Areas we're looking at for investment include NW Montana, the Smokies, and the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.
My goals in joining BiggerPockets are to educate myself and accomplish my goal of acquiring at least one investment/rental property in 2022. I'm open to both STR and LTR, and would ultimately like to have a mix of investments. May eventually be interested in other types of investments beyond rentals, but rentals are where I'm starting.
I love dogs, hiking, travel, and pretty much any outdoor activity. I love to learn about new things, and can't wait to see what this group can teach me.
