NEW TO REAL ESTATE INVESTING
Hi everyone. My name is Nate Narcisse. I am from Salisbury Mills, NY ( 1-hour North from NYC). I hope to invest out-of-state (I'm leaning towards Texas at the moment). By joining BiggerPockets, my goals are to gain guidance as I make my first few deals. I also hope to network with likeminded individuals. A fun fact about me is that I enjoy waking up, as early as 3am, in the morning.

Welcome! I am also new and so far am enjoying and learning as much as possible. I am in the Woodbridge VA area. I am currently working on a deal for a duplex in the Virginia Beach area.
