I recently watch a video on you tube where it seemed like a pretty common practice of creative financing.

I am a former corporate strategist and financial planner also, so numbers are my passion.

But for now, I am learning all I can from BP podcasts and youtube videos, Flipping Junkie, and others on youtube.
