Marketing To Veterans

I am a Navy Veteran and real estate agent in the Inland Empire, Southern California and am looking to help other veterans find homes and take full advantage of there VA loan. I've done a lot of research on VA loans and came across 2nd tier entitlement. If a veteran uses there va loan they may have more entitlement left to purchase another primary residence in the future. I would like to market to veterans because while in your in the service nobody tells you this stuff! So education for our service members is crucial. Any tips on how to get a list of veterans from a title company? Or a list from the VA, just trying to figure out ways to get in front of my fellow veterans to educate and help them out. Any advice would help! Thanks

@Corey Abrams

Go down to your local VFW, American Legion, recruiting stations, bases/stations where you can get in front of veterans. As far as getting leads from AHRN, USAA and other organizations that are suppose to help veterans, they use third party organizations (i.e. Cartus) or charge themselves for those leads.

I am Active Duty myself and would like to see more veterans taking care of veterans.

Good Luck,

Tim
