I passed all of it the first time over 12 years ago but I am a test nerd and can study right before tests and do well.In later years I took the broker test and that was a very tough test.When I took the agent it was easy multiple choice.

Now over 10 years later I went back into it and have my own brokerage.My advice would be to keep the other job and do both for a year, I know I wish I would have done that.
