It usually takes a week to two weeks, but we have much more traffic than we have had now, so I suppose I'm starting to panic. 

Supposedly its up for review this year and I'm not sure if their law allowing this was changed.  

Are you suppose to send a letter after you have reviewed an application and you find that the applicant isn't suited for a rental?

Basically, if you have a property that is vacant for 30 or more days with no intentions of getting it occupied, you are supposed to register that property with the city for a fee of $200 / year.  

The banker is on board supposedly, but I guess they really do have their own time frame and its called hurry up and wait. 

I suppose legally we'd also have to live in the house another year which I wouldn't mind if I decide to fix the place up.
