Paid Rental Sites

Has anyone used paid sites to advertise your rentals? We have a SFR in the Cincinnati/Lebanon area, that we are currently trying to rent. We've used our normal advertising (Facebook, postlets, Craigslist) but so far, we haven't had much traffic. The property is priced right, it's all fixed up and looks great...but nothing. So we have started looking at the paid sites, but I am wondering if they are worth it. Any advice?

@Merry Briotta The season makes a big difference in the amount of long-term rental demand for us here too. Have you considered reducing the price but for a shorter 6 month lease? That would get you back on track for re-leasing during higher demand periods.

I've done that in the past: 6m lease with Dec 1 move-in, then rent raised back to what I'm looking for on the July 1 renew.

That said, 1 week isn't long. I'd probably wait another week or so to catch folks looking for a Nov1 move in date.

Good luck!
