Is Arkansas the best place to be a Buy & Hold investor?
According to this article from Vice News it's the worst place in America to be a tenant.
Very sad listening to some of this. I have mixed feelings about it because of hearing about professional tenants taking advantage of landlords. At the same time I'm sure there are many landlords down there that are abusing this. This came out last year but this is the first time I've seen this. Supposedly its up for review this year and I'm not sure if their law allowing this was changed. I can't find anything that says the law has been repealed. Only that one judge decided it was unconstitutional. Still, I believe the law still stands. Crazy situation.
