I have a landscape company I contract with for regular maintenance of the yards and he takes care of any sprinkler issues. 

We have a duplex that sits on two lots.. the back yard, that is basically the second lot, is fenced in and shared at this time.I want to separate the back yard area and make a small privacy section for each side.

Parking is more important than a yard for a multi plex.

I recently acquired a rental and the tenant tells me this is the third time a major branch has fallen into her yard. 

The entire face brick is crumbling so we are assuming it will not be salvageable when we go to remove the lintels / I-beams. 

I been renting for 2yrs been having sewer problems for 1yr maybe more still isnt fixed all landlord does is drained the sewer water in my yard the crap is still ther and full

Keep an eye on your “yard” area and early evenings dust any fire ant mound heavily.

They do snow and yard maintenance for all of our properties.

Keep in mind as well that the tenants pay all utilities and handle yard care/snow removal in single family rentals.

I don’t have numbers yet but wanted to ask on here if it could even be a good deal knowing the town.Now it could possibly be an extremely good find since it’s unlisted and has a for sale by owner sign in yard.
