The lady answered and I got nervous and said: "I was in the neighborhood and was wondering if you wanted to sell your house?"

So, I can offer them $X today, and close in so many days, or whenever they're ready (one lady needed a few months, and that was fine with me).

I think in Oregon you have those that were priced out of CA. and came here to open shop same with Walla Walla area.Next thing I know the lady from Pine ridge is opening Archery Summit and building a Napa style facility then you had the French folks etc.So I think the wine industry here has turned ... its on the map... and with global warming maybe even will benefit what happens here with tonnage yields.

Look, I get why you'd look there, it's been the talk of the town, agents going wild promoting the "Greener Grass" if one jumps over, and has a lot of data to show and prove.

So a lady called me from my DMM letters trying to convince me to buy the vacant house next to her.
