Hi BP community,

I am a long time learner on BP, but just now setting up an account. Love the podcasts, love the blog, etc. 

My wife and I are buy and hold investors in Newberg Oregon. We both work in the Oregon wine industry for our day jobs. We hope to build enough wealth through real estate that we can get into the vineyard business for ourselves someday.
