Hello,I am new to real estate investing, particularly in finding the right person to help me find a great deal (I.E. real estate agent and/or wholesalers), contractors to help repair the home, escrow agent (ensure I get the numbers right) and private/hard money lenders. 

Through that meeting she introduced me to her son who is also an investor/agent in a different market and both have proven to be very helpful and genuinely interested in my progress. 

If you want to get involved as a real estate wholesaler or agent or flipper... great! 

Last Saturday we talked a lot about Wholesaling as about 1/3 of the attendees are wholesalers or building up to become wholesalers.

They want to sell their property and you want to buy it, so it is just a matter of finding terms that work for both of you.First thing to remember is they likely do not know what a wholesaler is, so don't tell them you are a wholesaler.

How do I wholesale a hotel?

The last one I went to they had a card with every type of investor: contractor, rentals, wholesaler, agent etc; and we had to go around and try and talk to one of each and get them to sign off on the card then they put the cards that were completely filled out in a drawing.

For example, if your parents owned a home and were contacted by a wholesaler to sell their home for $40,000 - $50,000 below market value, wouldn't you tell them just to put it on the market with a knowledgeable agent?

I'm looking for a title company in Wilmington Delaware that's wholesale friendly that can supply purchase agreement contracts and assignment contracts.

I found a seller who wants to move out of state, the property has been listed twice and he said that wholesalers/flippers don’t want to purchase the property because they won’t make their 8% !?
