Recommendation references for Flipping house

Hello,

I am new to real estate investing, particularly in finding the right person to help me find a great deal (I.E. real estate agent and/or wholesalers), contractors to help repair the home, escrow agent (ensure I get the numbers right) and private/hard money lenders.  I am currently located in Las Vegas, NV and would love to hear your references and tips on flipping homes. Also, any good references on estimating on how much repair cost would be? Or does the wholesaler pre-estimate the cost of repair for me? I might have more question later on down the road...I need to get my hands dirty, but do it smart to reduce my risk.

Hey Richard, I just got another flip property under contract in Vegas TODAY, with a couple of possible exit strategies (which is getting pretty hard in Vegas)- have been trying to get one like that for a good while now! - I might me interested to wholesale or partner with someone on that deal tho, as I might not get my cash-out refi done in time.. 😩💸

..to the second part of your question:

'The book on how to estimate Rehab budget' on BP should be your first lecture, the forums and podcast are a great start too, most questions you might have, have most likely already been asked (and answered) by someone else before :)

A wholesaler will HAPPILY do the math for you, but you should ALWAYS do your own due diligence and math, so you can be sure the deal is what people say it is ;)
