Any lender that says they are from NV without state and federal lenders license is not operating legally and is generally speaking a fake lender ( in the parlance of our day)the business license is just a smoke screen to fool those that simply dont know any better and they think Hey he has a business license he must be legit..    

They plan for the worst case scenario and always attempt to under promise and over deliver.Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face...Finding a strong operator that you trust and is accepting capital is always the hard part.

If you don't figure this out you are obviously winging it and I promise you, you shall fail!

Joe tells the judge he "promises" not to do it again and shows receipts from all his on-time rent payment, so the judge gives him "one more chance. " Invariably, I'm back in court AGAIN.
