Group Investment Pros and Cons(Syndicate)
As an investor with less time to manage, is it better to do group investment and have them identify, buy, renovate and rent?
By refinancing, as advertised, I should get good part of my principal investment back in few years. And from there after, I get rents and become part owner of the property. When that happens, I get good part of my principal back, it becomes free income (dividend) for me.
It seems easy and low overhead.
What are the gotchas and disadvantages?
